I have attached a video of my reading a wonderful book that highlights the benefit of not giving up when a task seems difficult. Like Jabari we can be encouraged by others who have confidence in us. This is a great catalyst to talk to your children about how they are already accomplishing things that used to be hard for them but they persevered and now it’s easy. Encourage new adventures and skill building everyday. Finding little tasks for the kids to do during this bonding time will have long reaching results in self esteem and family support.
