Activity: If you haven’t already, make a growth chart on the wall. Put a light pencil mark on the wall to measure how tall your child, their sibling, maybe even a stuffed animal is. If you haven’t started this before, you can measure where your child was as a baby if you know how many inches long they were. The goal of this activity is to look at growth over time, a difficult idea for children (and even adults!) to conceptualize in a tangible way.
